For microwavable heating pads, they last a long time for each use, and after several years of daily use, I’ve never worn one out. The kinds of microwave heating pads made by large companies are always stuffed too much, and don’t drape comfortably on any part of my body, I can comfortably use then on my neck, legs, feet, or arms.
